Live Oak Village is an adult 55+ condominium community nestled between Lake Sparkle and the Silver Springs Shores Championship Golf Course. Live Oak Village is located about seven miles southeast of Ocala, Florida off Route 464.

The complex has a clubhouse with kitchen facilities. Next to it is a beautiful outdoor pool. There is a newsletter, a men's winter golf league, lots of social activities and a woman's club called "The Acorns." The surrounding area has a community center, churches, synagogues, supermarkets, stores and restaurants.

Our Business Resource Services Sales Office is located in a Live Oak Village unit where my wife and I are privileged to live. There are 237 units; single and two bedrooms, ground floor and second floor units with magnificent views. Some are priced with furniture. The condos are generally priced from $70,000 to $100,000. As a member of the Ocala / Marion County Multiple Listing Service, we have other units in the area that are also available.

The condominium monthly maintenance fees are generally around $230 depending on size. These prices include cable TV, outside maintenance, trash pickup, etc. There has never been a special assessment. For those living here more than six months, the yearly taxes are about $450! (Higher for  short term living.)
